Do you have a Showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom, because the lower our cost base the better value we can give to customers. For every pound saved from not having a King Street store, is a pound cheaper that we can lower our prices.
How long is delivery?
Delivery is made within 10 days for all items. If we are out of stock of any item we will advise you straight away of an approximate time frame for when it will be back in stock or you can have a full refund.
Do you deliver to Guernsey or the UK?
Yes we do, and it is free! All items will be sent by post with fully insured recorded delivery.
Are there any extra/hidden charges?
There are no extra or hidden charges. All charges are included in the price that you checkout with. The ticket price includes all applicable taxes and delivery.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
On very rare occasions, a part will be missing or damaged. We are happy to send a replacement for any part once the pack is opened. We only ask that you send a picture of the damaged item (or if missing, off of the instructions) to ensure that we can re-send you the correct part as soon as possible.
What if something is out of stock?
If any item is out of stock then this is only temporary. We get new stock regularly so you are best to check back on the site or drop us an email and we will let you know when it is back in stock.
